The Not Too Bad German

The last couple of George Clooney movies I've seen have been pretty hit or miss, with more missing than hitting. Thankfully, "The Good German" was not bad. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. I don't know if the filming in black and white, with older style lenses, framing and music made the film better or worse. But it was successful in making the film feel as if it was shot in the '40s, at the time the action was taking place.

I rate "The Good German" at 3 Boos.
