I need an interpreter for "The Interpreter"

I need a catchy name to describe the mental block I have for these international intrigue plots that my brain just cannot follow. Once the action started heating up, I got lost, as usual. Ignoring my problems for the moment, the characters didn't grab me, their causes didn't speak to me, and I hope the way movie portrayed security at the United Nations was not realistic.
